Titanium Flat Back Earrings

Flat back earrings, also called threadless labrets, sit flush against the skin with a smooth disc behind the ear and a secure push-in front. No backs to lose, nothing to dig in while you sleep.

Every pair is made from implant-grade titanium (ASTM-F136), the same metal trusted in medical implants. It's lightweight, waterproof and gentle on reactive skin, so you can shower, train and sleep without taking them out.

Founded by a doctor with sensitive skin, Rhokea exists for ears that react to everything else. Our flat back studs come in 6mm, 8mm and 10mm posts: 6mm for healed lobes, 8mm for healed helix or tragus, 10mm for fresh piercings or thicker ears.

Yes. Our flat back earrings are made from implant-grade titanium, a hypoallergenic metal chosen for skin that reacts to other jewellery. The flat disc sits flush behind the ear, so there is less to irritate sensitive skin.

Every Rhokea flat back stud is made from implant-grade titanium (ASTM-F136), the same grade trusted in medical implants. It is lightweight, waterproof and tarnish-free, designed to stay comfortable through everyday wear.

Hold the flat disc behind your ear to keep it steady, then gently pull the front piece straight out. Ours are threadless, so there is nothing to unscrew, the front simply pushes in and pulls out.

Line the post up through the front of the piercing, then press the threadless top firmly onto the post until it clicks into place. Hold the flat back steady against the skin as you push.

Yes. The smooth flat back is designed to sit comfortably against the pillow, and titanium is waterproof, so you can shower, sweat and sleep without removing them.
