Every rhokea piece uses implant-grade titanium (ASTM F136 or F67), finished with Skin Plating: a pure 24K gold or platinum layer over a ceramic barrier, built for prolonged contact with skin. Independent testing reports very low nickel release, below the EU limit for jewellery worn in pierced skin.
