At Rhokea, we strive to ensure your products arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Below you will find our delivery options, timeframes and conditions.

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and DHL. All domestic deliveries are fully tracked.

All international orders are shipped via FedEx and are fully tracked. Taxes and duties are included at checkout (DDP).

Processing Time

All orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

We do not process online orders on weekends or UK public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery at any time.

If you have not received a tracking number within 4 business days, please contact us at customercare@rhokea.com and we will be happy to help.

Order Changes

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received

If your tracking status indicates delivery but you have not received your order, we recommend contacting the courier directly to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, please email us at customercare@rhokea.com.

Taxes

All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all taxes and duties are included in the price at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees on delivery.

For UK orders, VAT is included in the listed price.

Please Note

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
